Report a problem

Tell us what is broken

No account needed — deliberately. A form that demands a sign-in breaks exactly when sign-in is the thing that is broken, which is the report we most need to receive. Signing in only changes how the issue is labelled, never whether you can send it.

Before you write: the status page may already show what you are seeing, including anything our own checks caught in the last few minutes.

What you write here becomes a public issue. Anyone on the internet will be able to read it. Do not paste tokens, API keys, private repository names or customer data — describe the problem instead. If you are not signed in we have no way to reach you, so anything you leave out is lost: include what you can here.

Found a security vulnerability? Do not use this form. Report it privately — this page publishes immediately and permanently, before anything can be fixed.

How much of Kensa still works?

In your own words. A rough description is genuinely useful — send it even if you cannot answer anything below.

Sometimes the gap between these two is the whole bug.

If you cannot make it happen on purpose, say so — that is information too.

Check this for tokens and private repository names before you send it — it will be public.

Settings → About, or the installer filename. Skip it if you cannot find it.

How would you describe yourself?

This helps us pitch the reply. It is recorded on the issue as your own description, not as something we verified.

Screenshots or a screen recording (optional)

These are uploaded to a public link. Anyone who sees the issue can open them. Crop out anything you would not publish. We strip location and camera data from PNG and JPEG; GIF, WebP and video are stored as you sent them.
